On October 28, 2021, EPN sent a letter to the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention providing recommendations on how to gather information needed to support sound decision-making and possible regulatory processes and regulatory actions regarding the “over-the-top” (OTT) use of herbicide products containing the active ingredient dicamba. EPN urged EPA to consider taking actions to better understand and prevent the serious harm to non-target crops and plants due to the use of dicamba products.
