Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Operations, the Finance Operations Manager supports the organization's day-to-day financial and operational functions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense management, donation tracking, contract administration, and vendor coordination. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of invoices and payments, effective management of employee expenses and contracts, and reliable operational support across the organization. Working closely with the Fractional CFO, the Finance & Operations Manager provides administrative and financial support for reporting, compliance activities, special projects, and other organizational priorities as needed.

Reporting to the DOE Alumni Network Envision DOE Initiative Lead and working closely with the Network’s Policy Strategy Lead, Paul Donohoo-Vallett, the Envision DOE Initiative Coordinator will manage logistics of the DOE Alumni Network’s multi-year Envisioning the Envision DOE effort. This is a position for someone with DOE experience looking to support an ambitious large-scale energy agenda setting effort and gain expertise in national-level energy and science policy development
