For the fourth straight year, the Trump administration has proposed an EPA budget that undercuts the agency's ability to protect people's health and the natural word. The proposed 27% cut undermines a half century of public health and environmental gains, hampering programs that have improved water quality, reduced air pollution, and cleaned up contaminated lands, and would leave EPA with its smallest workforce in 30 years.
