On January 27, 2022, EPN member Bill Jordan, former Deputy Director, EPA Office of Pesticide Programs, presented oral comments on behalf of EPN at the public listening session of the Interagency Working Group (IWG) on implementing the Endangered Species Act (ESA) requirements. EPN urged EPA to require Web-Distributed Labeling of ESA protections, as well as other changes to significantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of efforts to protect listed species from pesticide risks.
