Fellowship Opportunity
HIP Líderes Fellowship
The HIP Líderes Fellowship is back for its 11th cohort—and this year, it’s heading to the Southwest. The program is now accepting applications from Latine, Afro-Latine, Indigenous-Latine, and Native leaders based in Arizona, Colorado, Navajo Nation, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, and Utah who are working across philanthropy, nonprofits, advocacy, and the broader social impact sector.
Built by and for people doing the work on the ground, the Líderes Fellowship creates space for leaders to deepen their skills, build authentic relationships across the region, and strengthen their ability to show up for their communities with clarity and collective power. Rooted in a commitment to equity, the program is designed for those who are advancing opportunity, shifting narratives, and mobilizing resources in and alongside Latine and Indigenous communities—especially at a time when that leadership is both critical and urgent. Fellows join a cohort of peers who understand the challenges and opportunities of this work, gaining access to a supportive network and opportunities for growth that extend beyond the fellowship itself.
Applications are open through May 31, 2026. An informational webinar will be held on April 15, with application review taking place in June and July and final notifications shared in August.
