EPN volunteer Cindy Beeler spent much of her 18-year career at EPA enforcing the Clean Air Act, primarily in the upstream and midstream oil & gas sector in Region 8 (Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, North Dakota and South Dakota). In this video, she provides an overview of Oil and Gas enforcement under the Clean Air Act. While at EPA, Cindy was selected for a detail position as the EPA Region 8 Energy Advisor in the Office of the Regional Administrator where she worked primarily on oil & gas topics from a multi-media perspective, with a focus on supporting EPA staff and federal, state and tribal partners. In retirement, Cindy continues her commitment to clean air and public health through working on national policy and local community projects as a volunteer for EPN.
