Rodney Rhodes
Senior Civil Service Resilience Associate

Rodney Rhodes, Jr is a Senior Associate at the Environmental Protection Network on the Civil Service Resilience team where he advances federal workforce resilience, stakeholder engagement, and program operations that strengthen environmental governance. He also manages the Environmental Science Impact Fellowship program.
He previously worked at the Partnership for Public Service, coordinating leadership development initiatives for federal, state, and local government leaders, including AI focused cohorts and advisory council programming. Rodney began his career as an AmeriCorps College Advisor, supporting students in postsecondary access and success.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and brings experience in public sector engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership development, grounded in a sustained commitment to public service. He is currently based in Washington, DC.
