Olivia Davidson

Originally from Michigan, Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science and Meteorology with a minor in Geographic Information Systems, and her Master of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from Michigan State University.

After graduating, Olivia moved to Chicago and began working at the Environmental Protection Agency. In her first few years, she implemented the Clean Air Act in the Air and Radiation Division, primarily working with state agencies on attaining the National Ambient Air Quality Standards. She transitioned to the Environmental Justice Program, where she worked directly with community to identify solutions to environmental concerns, provide information on federal resources, administer grants, and assess cumulative, disparate impacts experienced by communities across the Midwest. Toward the end of her EPA career, Olivia joined the air enforcement team, inspecting industrial sources to assess compliance with the Clean Air Act.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys hanging out with her cats, going to see live music, and exploring outdoors..
