On Thursday, February 5, 2026, in partnership with the EPA Alumni Association, EPN hosted an environmental roundtable for the Howard University Water and Environment Association. Consisting of panelists from federal, state, and local government, as well as the NGO space, environmental professionals discussed how their agencies work across sectors and offered advice to Howard students who may be looking for an environmental career post-graduation. EPN volunteer Sam Coleman spoke about his service at EPA alongside representatives from the Maryland State government, Philadelphia City government, and the environmental NGO space.
