The Equation Campaign has developed a set of publicly available resources to help NGOs, funders, and partners strengthen their security practices:

Security Primer for Funders – an overview of common risks and how funders can help address them.
They also maintain a private database of security providers across all threat categories and offer additional support through their Virtual Security Center. Learn more in their Security Center overview.
On the grantmaking side, the Equation Campaign funds grassroots organizing, legal action, and communications, with a focus on smaller, BIPOC-led organizations. Grants typically max out at $150,000, with sustained support over time. They do not accept unsolicited applications but welcome recommendations for NGOs addressing security threats.
