Cars and trucks in the United States are 99% cleaner due to EPA efforts to reduce air pollution from vehicles, which protects people’s health and saves lives. Cuts to the vehicle emissions program will limit the EPA’s ability to ensure compliance, cost consumers more money to operate their vehicles, and hamper the GHG emission reporting program.
